As a member of BlackBerry Beta Zone, you'll have the opportunity to sign up for beta programs and be among the first to try out new BlackBerry software before it's released to the general public. Join the BlackBerry Beta Zone Enterprise Community!
Are you a BlackBerry administrator who wants to participate in beta programs for BlackBerry enterprise software? All organizations, of all sizes, in all regions are welcome. Simply complete the information in the
Nominate an Organization form to become a member of the BlackBerry Beta Zone Enterprise Community. Doing so will provide you with the opportunity to beta test enterprise software based on the programs being offered at that time.
Members
BlackBerry Beta Zone membership is open to people who meet the requirements listed in the
Terms and Conditions.
If you are eligible to join, the program is free and there are no pre-requisites. Just fill out the registration form to become a member today. Depending on availability of software for the region, you may eligible to join programs immediately. As well, you may be invited to participate in programs over time.

Programs
There are three types of program in BlackBerry Beta Zone:
- Consumer handheld software beta programs where members of BlackBerry Beta Zone can test handheld software on their BlackBerry® smartphones. An example would be BlackBerry® 6 in-market software programs available to testers based on carrier and region eligibility.
- Consumer applications beta programs that members of BlackBerry Beta Zone can participate in. Examples of Consumer programs include BlackBerry® Messenger and Twitter for BlackBerry®.
- Organization beta programs that companies can participate in. All organizations, of all sizes, in all regions, are welcome to join--just fill out the Nominate an Organization form. An example of Organization programs is the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.
Whether you participate in Consumer programs, Organization programs or both, the benefits and requirements are the same.
Benefits
When you join BlackBerry Beta Zone, you'll preview and evaluate pre-release software before it's released to market. In your role as beta participant, you'll have the ability to:
- Provide input on product designs and upcoming features
- Help shape future releases of BlackBerry products
- Voice your input through online discussions, feedback and surveys
- Validate product features and technical documentation
- Plan, train and prepare for upcoming releases
Requirements
To join BlackBerry Beta Zone, you must reside in one of the countries listed above under
Members. You must also:
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions for BlackBerry Beta Zone and specific legal agreements for each beta program
- Download and use the latest software versions as they become available
- Provide feedback about the software you're testing
Hours of Service
In general, BlackBerry Beta Zone is available to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding scheduled maintenance periods).
If you are ever unable to log in to BlackBerry Beta Zone, you can send us an
email. In general, BlackBerry Beta Zone is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Fridays (excluding statutory holidays). For email inquiries, response is usually within 48 hours.
